Mark Rohr is the founder of Rohr Construction & Associates Inc., a New York-based full-service design-build firm specializing in professional home renovations & remodeling, new home construction, and construction management. A Certified Master Builder, Mark’s expertise is in complex structural building projects such as foundation rescue, historical restoration, and seawall construction and restoration. After having spent 35 years in the industry Mark has expanded the firm to include real estate consulting, property management, and lifestyle concierge services.

MARIBEL ROHR

Consultant, Project Manager, & Realtor
Maribel Rohr has been with Rohr Construction & Associates for over 5 years and has been an integral part of the companies recent expansion of real estate and property management services. She is responsible for the management and execution of all property management and real estate consulting services, as well as the staging and design of ongoing construction remodeling projects. From selling, to buying, to building real estate Maribel is involved in all aspects of planning, design, and budgeting of projects for the entire company. Maribel holds certificates in Property Management and Construction Project Management approved by the (AIA) American Institute of Architects.

RACHAEL ROHR

Vice President
Rachael Rohr has been with the company for over 10 years. Rachael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and is responsible for company financials and oversees estimating and budgeting for construction remodeling and renovation projects. In addition she is operates her own accounting and bookkeeping business, specializing back office support and administration for general contractors and skilled tradesmen throughout Rockland and Orange Counties, NY. The valuable breadth of her skills and experience Rachael brings to Rohr Construction & Associates comes from onsite on experience. Rachael holds the highest level of General Contracting Licenses in Rockland & Westchester County, NY and throughout the State of Florida.
